REGISTRATION related questions

• Is there an age limit to participate?
Yes, the age limit for the 10K distance is 14 years and older. This means that if you are 14 years old by the date of the race (January 24, 2025), you are eligible to participate in this event. These age limits are established by the organizer to ensure participant safety and appropriateness for the race distance.
The age limit for the 2.5K distance is 7 years and older. This means that if you are 7 years old by the date of the race (January 24, 2025), you are eligible to participate in this event. This age will inspire kids to run with their families.

• Will there be any discounts or special offers for students at this event?
There is discount option only for students, but not for other groups. However, if the event gains popularity and becomes well-received by runners, we may consider adding various features, including potential discounts, for future editions.
For now, we encourage you to take advantage of the early bird registration option, as the registration fee will increase slightly after the early bird period ends.

BIB related questions

What is BIB?
BIB or “Basic Identification Badge” refers to the numbered paper or fabric that participants pin to their clothing to identify them during the race. The BIB usually contains a unique number assigned to each runner, and it can sometimes include additional information like the participant’s name or the event logo.

Can someone else collect my race BIB for me?
Yes, someone else can collect your race BIB for you. The runner has to call the designated mobile number at the Kit collection counter to confirm that the person is authorized. The call should be made from the mobile number mentioned by the runner during registration, no photo ID or forwarding letter of the runner should be submitted.

How to Collect BIBs for a Group?
For group registrations, the group leader alone can collect all the BIBs. If the group leader is unable to attend, any group member may collect the BIBs on their behalf. However, the group leader must call the kit distribution counter from his/her registered phone number to authorize the collection.
Please note that no one outside of the group leader or group members will be permitted to collect the BIBs.

How to Collect BIBs for a Family?
For family registrations, any family member can collect all the BIBs on behalf of the entire family. If family members are unable to attend, someone else may collect the BIBs on their behalf. In this case, the family registration mobile number must be called to authorize the collection.
Please ensure that the authorization call is made from the registered mobile number to facilitate the process.
